Questions? We've got you.

The things families ask us most — and a chat assistant standing by for everything else.

Don't see your question below?

Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page any time. It's trained on everything about our practice — services, scheduling, what we treat — and it'll loop in a real person if it can't help.

What ages and conditions do you work with?

We see children and teens for speech, language, reading, writing, executive functioning, and social communication needs — including dyslexia, apraxia, stuttering, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Full list on our Services page, but if your child's diagnosis isn't listed, reach out anyway — we can usually still help or point you in the right direction.

How do we get started?

Book a free 30-minute consultation — no commitment. We'll talk through what's going on, whether we're a fit, and what an evaluation or therapy plan would look like.

Where are you located, and what are your hours?

1135 Cimarron Drive, Lafayette, CO. We're open Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Call us anytime at 303.720.6036.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance and billing specifics vary by plan and by service, so the most accurate answer comes from talking with our team directly — book a free consult and we'll walk through it with you.

Do you work with schools?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with teachers and school teams so progress in our sessions carries over into the classroom. If you need hands-on help navigating an IEP or 504 process specifically, that's outside what we offer directly — we recommend Havenedu.co, founded by one of our own team members.

Are your therapists certified?

Yes — our clinicians hold ASHA certification, and everyone on our team has passed a background check before working with families.

What's the difference between your therapy and what my child gets at school?

School services are shared across a caseload and follow a set curriculum. Ours is one-on-one, built around your child's specific goals and pace, and we coordinate with school teams rather than replace them.

I'm not sure what my child needs — can I still reach out?

Please do. Most families who contact us aren't sure yet either — that's what the free consultation is for. Or start with the chat assistant above; it's a low-pressure way to think out loud about what you're seeing.
